How do we get started?

You can provide us with your CAD, BIM or even hand sketches for project review. You will also need to provide us with a ‘checklist’ of project details and information as to what we will be completing for you.

How long does it take to complete my project?

Each project completion will depend on its size and scope. Typically we complete most projects in a time of between 5 and 15 business days.

How much does it cost?

Costs are dependent on a project’s unique requirements. Each project will be different and may need CAD drafting, rendering or animation. Our pricing will always depend on the level of detail.

Will I have a dedicated team working on my project?

We believe a dedicated, focused team becomes familiar with your business, and delivers an even more efficient service. Depending on your project and ongoing needs, we put a team together so you experience continuity and the team understands your expectations and your business well.

Who is the owner of the CAD files?

As our client, you are the sole owner of any files and all file information you provide to us. We do archive your projects with us for future needs if you continue to do business with us.

Where are you located?

We are an international company, with our global HQ located in Perth, Western Australia. We have growing drafting and rendering offices in Manila and Singapore, and sales offices in Los Angeles, CA and Dallas TX.

Can I call to check on my project’s progress?

You’re always up to date and in the loop. We schedule regular work-in-progress tele-conference sessions, so you know the status of your project.

Do your drafters understand building codes for my region?

Yes, absolutely. Our teams are qualified and experienced in this. So whether your home building project is for the USA, Canada or Australia, BSI people are well informed.
